Melissa Thomas, M.A., BCBA, has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over 20 years. With experience spanning homes, schools, clinics, daycares, and community settings, Melissa has supported individuals and families across diverse environments.

Long before earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, she was drawn to the principles of ABA—using effective strategies naturally, even before recognizing them as part of the science she would later devote her career to.

As both a professional and a mom, Melissa brings a unique balance of expertise and compassion to her work. She is committed to providing neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive care that honors each individual’s strengths, values, and lived experiences.

Her lifelong passion for ABA is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when evidence-based strategies are paired with understanding, patience, and respect for diversity. Today, she continues to empower families, educators, and communities by promoting positive behavior change and fostering independence.
